Somatic Pairs Sessions
Format: Two people (partners, siblings, close friends), 90 minutes.
Purpose: Exploring how body patterns and chart patterns interact relationally.
Flow: Check-in together, look at both charts (or synastry, the chart of their relationship), then move into partner somatic work (mirroring stretches, assisted movements, joint creative exercises).
Outcome: New embodied understanding of relational dynamics—how one person’s rigidity or fluidity mirrors or challenges the other’s.
Best for: Couples, parent/child, or even creative partners who want to live more harmoniously in their shared spiral.
