The School
The reading arts give you a reading.
The School teaches you to read.
Infinite Threads has rooms of reading: the Field, the Grammar, the Mirror, and the Loom. Each offers a different way of seeing.
The School is not another room.
It is where you learn the art for yourself.
The curriculum unfolds as a living thread: each class complete in itself and connected to the larger line. Every thread is read, moved, practiced, and spoken aloud with others.
When a thread comes to completion, its strands are gathered into a knot, so what has been learned becomes something you can hold.
Take up a single thread. Or enter the Circle, and the whole School opens.
What the School Teaches
Ways of Reading
The threads differ, but each one develops the same deeper capacity: learning to read the world you are woven into.
Beneath them all runs one shared language: the symbolic. Every literacy is a dialect of it. To read symbolically is to become more sensitive to the ways meaning moves through body, image, relationship, story, culture, and time.
Together, these literacies form a single capacity: perceptual literacy — the ability to perceive what is shaping you, and to participate more consciously in what you are shaping.

The Threads
The School is a living collection of threads.
Each thread teaches a single capacity in depth. Together, they form a language of perception — a way of reading the body, the world, and your own experience with increasing clarity.
You don’t need to begin at the beginning.
Start with the question that is alive for you.
Some threads may call you more than once. Others will make sense only after you’ve lived a little further. The School isn’t designed to be finished. It is designed to become a place you return to whenever a new way of reading is needed.
As new threads are woven, the School continues to grow.
