Infinite Threads

You may understand yourself as a body, a soul, a consciousness, or something you don’t yet have a name for. Whatever you believe, you are here now. You have a body. You are standing on Earth. Begin there.

The grammar
of the sky.

How to use this

Whatever you believe about who we are or where we come from, right now we are embodied here, on Earth, living among other people. This map is not meant to tell you what will happen or who you are. It is a way to orient to the movements around you and become more conscious of how you meet them.

Read the sky in the morning, take the question with you, and then go live your actual life. Notice your body, your attention, your relationships, what opens and what resists.

Over time, you may begin to recognize your own rhythms and learn how to work with the energy available to you rather than simply being moved by it. The point is not mastery over reality. It is fuller participation in it — using what you notice with greater care, choice, and responsibility for the benefit of the life around you.

Everyone alive today is reading the same angles from a different horizon — the sky is shared, the standpoint is yours alone.

Take it with you

Today's movement

In human terms

Today’s question

Did it find you?

Answer only at the end of the day. "Nothing" is a real answer and the most useful one.

What did life show you?

A sentence is enough. This is the other half of the conversation — not a record of whether the sky was right, but of what actually answered.

Your answers stay in this browser, on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere, and no one else can see them — not even me. You can copy or erase the whole record at any time, in the whole sky, read it in full below.

The whole sky — read it in full

Everything the morning question was built from. This is the part you grow into. Nothing below is needed to do the practice.

What you have noticed so far

Compiled from your own evenings. Counts only — no conclusion is drawn here.

Why today belongs to that one

Where it lands in your life

The same movement, located. The sky is the same for everyone; the rising sign says which rooms of a life it is standing in.

Moving bodies meeting your own

Which is transiting and which is natal, said plainly. Transiting bodies move; your own do not.

The balance

An element is not a mood and not a place in the body — it is a thing being done. The mode is the phase it is done in.

The primary conversation

The two lights. Everything else on this page is spoken underneath this one exchange.

Every movement

The movements meeting

Only the closest. Nothing here says whether a meeting is easy or hard.

The crossing

The lunar nodes mark where the Moon's path crosses the ecliptic. They are not planets. Together they form a crossing axis — a line through the circle.

Use your own verbs

The verbs are mine. They are hypotheses, and yours will be better.

This is how the language learns. If every time Mars becomes prominent you find you are separating rather than acting, then your word for Mars is separates — change it, and from then on your sky reads differently. The language is corrected by what you observe, not the other way round.

Read. Go. Notice.

We are not outside reality trying to understand it.
We are participants in a living world.

The sky gives us a changing orientation.
The body gives us a place to listen.
Earth gives us somewhere to act.
What we do becomes part of what happens next.

Love is not the thing you are supposed to feel. It is the orientation you bring to your participation — given what is actually here, what response protects, repairs, nourishes, clarifies, or makes more life possible?

Sometimes that is tenderness. Sometimes a boundary. Sometimes stopping. Sometimes building. Sometimes admitting you were wrong. The sky cannot answer that one. That is your part of the conversation.

The point is not mastery over reality.
It is fuller participation in it.

Positions are calculated in your browser and are accurate to about a degree. Your answers and your verbs are stored on this device only.
