The way you reached, recoiled, or held your breath. Your body remembers everything.
Soma Flow is the practice of returning to the body. It’s where astrology meets soma.
In Soma Flow, movement is guided not only by the body and breath, but also by the wider rhythms of the cosmos and sound. Each class aligns with the astrological atmosphere of the day, often following the moon sign, the great timekeeper of body tides and inner moods. Music is chosen to match this energy, amplifying the archetype we are moving with. You are not just exercising; you are syncing your body to the living rhythm of the moment.
We draw from Pilates breathwork, yoga’s mindful grounding, and the foundations of ballet to cultivate poise, strength, and grace. Movement becomes a practice of alignment: physical, emotional, cosmic.
Soma Flow Align
Somatic and flow-based movement practices blending ballet, Flow Barre, and mindful conditioning to harmonize body, breath, and rhythm. Each class aligns movement with the energy of the day — integrating music, astrology, and anatomy to support embodied presence and emotional coherence.
No prior ballet experience required — just a love of movement and a desire to reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, expression, and alignment.
